Make your mark with Nextracker.Job summary:To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a NEXTracker Sr Supply Chain Manager located in Guadalajara or Monterrey city.Reporting to the Director, Materials Management, the Sr Supply Chain Manager will be Responsible for providing technical support, technical capability & accountability of diverse scope to the Procurement organization to ensure continuity of supply, supplier development, supplier readiness and improvement activities in order to improve the cost, delivery, response, service & quality requirements for customers. This incumbent will be the conduit between existing and targeted customers.What a typical day looks like:- Data collection, mining & analysis from various sources to help Sourcing Managers develop and execute sourcing strategy.- Intense collaboration with CMs CFT, GAM, BDM, Strategic Supply Chain Manager, engineering, quality and supply chain teams.- Prepare and manage RFQs, QBRs, support CMS negotiations and escalations.- Support quarterly pricing cycle, Inventory Reval, NREs, reconciliation, capacity expansion.- Support and manage cost roadmaps, capacity planning, and allocation strategy.- Help maintain CMS performance metrics and organize QBRs with suppliers.- Perform supply and demand analysis, landed cost analysis, supplier performance trends, cost of quality analysis, weighted average scoring and analysis for various situations supply chain team encounters.- Responsible for driving end-to-end alternate sourcing qualification.- Support critical material expedite requests for existing and new products.- Support material sourcing activities for new programs and New Product Introduction efforts. Provide forward price projections.- Partner proactively with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Installation Project Management, and other groups within NEXTracker and Flex.- Need to be prepared to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zonesThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.- Sr experience in supply chain.- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and high level of proficiency with Excel: comfortable with Pivot Tables, Vlookups and complex formula creation.- Strong working knowledge of the MS Office (Excel & PP).- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral, strong grammar, with experience in content editing and preparing formal reports and presentation.- Effective Communicator with ability to influence suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.- Good project management skills with ability to plan tasks, manage progress, remove barriers, manage change, resolve conflict, build consensus, and motivate team members across multiple projects concurrently.- Must be comfortable in a supporting role, taking direction from and working closely with a supervisor on a regular basis.- Enjoys working in a dynamic & multi-cultural environment.- Experience with demanding clients.- Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization- Experience with top tier EMS companies and Electrical components- Bilingual.- Willingness to Travel (20%) within US & Mexico.Nice to have:- Experience in EMS and Solar or renewable energy field is desirable.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.Job Category- Global Procurement & Supply Chain
