Proveer información relevante sobre los embarques, asesorar, brindar soluciones y atención al cliente para garantizar transacciones de negocio duraderas.- ¿Qué necesitas?_- Licenciatura en: Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Internacional, Relaciones Internacionales, Logística o afín.- Experiência: Mínimo 2 años en logística de operaciones marítimas y/o aéreas.- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado- Vivir en la ZM de Monterrey. (No tener problemas para trasladarte a Plaza Arboledas en San Pedro Garza)- Conocimientos en:_- Dominio de INCOTERMS- Conocimiento en puertos y Carriers- Experiência en operaciones logísticas de importación y exportación marítima, aérea, intermodal y terrestre.- Experiência en elaboración de documentación operativa- Manejo de paquetería office- Principales funciones y responsabilidades:_- Asesorar y brindar soluciones logísticas a clientes.- Atención y seguimiento a las necesidades del cliente.- Brindar estatus de los embarques a los clientes.- Cuidado y desarrollo de clientes.- Elaborar reportes con información de los embarques en tránsito.- Realizar visitas a clientes para identificar sus necesidades de servicio.- Recepción, revisión y análisis de información.- Revisión de cargos notificados al cliente y tarifas vigentes.- Solicitud y resguardo de documentos de clientes: Cartas y BL’s.- ¿Qué ofrecemos?_- Contrato directo con la empresa.- Prestaciones superiores a las de la ley.- IMSS desde el día 1 como prestación de ley.- Vacaciones superiores a las de la ley a partir del 6to mes de ingreso.- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores.- Seguro de vida- Horario híbrido (de lunes a viernes).- Eventos de integración.- Capacitaciones.- Apoyo en mejora del idioma- Aguinaldo.- Utilidades.- Entre otrosTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Apoyo para estudios- Aumentos salariales- Días por enfermedad- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en Valle del Campestre, 66265 San Pedro Garza García, N.L.
