At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizant**Key Qualifications**:- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in English and in Spanish- Background in Software Delivery Management, Product Management or Solution Architecture, with 10-15 years of hands-on experience- Background in running Delivery for a Portfolio, Sub Business Unit or Business Unit, including client management and financial performance management.- Extensive knowledge of the Software development life cycle (SDLC), software development methodologies and industry best practices.- High understanding of Software and Platform Engineering offerings across Digital Engineering, Digital Experience, Quality Engineering & Assurance and Application Development and Maintenance..- Domain expertise in at least one of the following industries: Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Lifesciences, Communications, Media, Technology.- Proven experience with distributed development models across onsite, nearshore and offshore locations.- Proven experience as a senior leader in a fast-growing services organization.- Location: Monterrey, N.L.
