**As a Commodity Manager EMS, YOU WILL**:Manage Contract Manufacturers / EMS providers of Electronic AssembliesDevelop and manage Sourcing/Negotiation/RFQ eventsDevelop strong working relationship with corporate, Latin America and GSC Procurement teamsLead contract negotiations, administration, and complianceMonitor and report on all key performance indicators ensuring minimum performance requirementsFiscal oversight for profit contribution, trade working capital efficacy and capital spendingManage supply chain sustainability issues in capacity planning. Asset management; raw materials availability and inventory agreements; supply risk assessment; trade compliance.Align, prepare, and present supplier award recommendations.**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS**:Minimum degree requirement: BS or BAArea of emphasis: Business: Supply Chain Management: Electrical Engineering or related fieldYears of Experience 1-3 years of experience in supply chainA good technical aptitude and very solid understanding of engineering drawing specificationsAbility to work proficiently in cross functional team environmentStrong persuasion, influencing and negotiations skillsGood presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with and effective use of Microsoft office suite of programs.**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS**- MBA- Electronics background**WHO YOU ARE **/ REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**:- You are a person who can create relationships with suppliers to get the most out of them. You can manage multiple objectives in a changing environment, while understanding and keeping priorities. You work well with the plant as well as engineering and management. You are action oriented and drives results.**Schedule**We offer the flexibility of a core hour work schedule.Our teams work together to ensure their chosen work schedules are supporting our customers.This role has a travel requirement of 10% of its time.
