We have the perfect opportunity for you Join our team today**Activities**: Inbound Sales (Calls are directly for sales, dealing with customers who are already interested in purchasing a product (phone lines). It's more of a sales closer role.)**Job Requirements**:- Proficiency in English (Advanced level, 80% or higher) (B2 and above)- Age: 18 years or older.- Education: Completed high school diploma (proof will be required).- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a Call Center.- PC Skills: Windows, Microsoft Office.**We Offer**:- Competitive salaries with monthly earnings ranging from $20,000 to $32,000 MXN (base salary + commissions), with opportunities for growth.- Fixed schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM.- 2 fixed days off per week.- 100% paid training.- Unlimited sales commissions, ranging from $4,000 to $16,000 or more- Superior benefits: Life Insurance + 35% Vacation Premium.- $3,000 MXN in flexible benefits: Savings Fund, Food Vouchers, Minor and Major Medical Expense Insurance.- Direct contract with the company.**Additional Benefits**:- Referral program: Earn $10,000 for each friend you refer- Major Medical Expense Insurance.- Life Insurance.- Food Vouchers.Pay: $16,000.00 - $20,400.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Cuanto es tu nível de ingles?- Radicas en Nuevo leon?- Tienes Experiência enVentas?- Cuentas con tu preparatoria terminadaWork Location: In person
