Based in Mexico City and working directly with K2's sales & resourcing team, the ideal Operations Associate will develop an understanding of K2's Finance and Compliance practices and, through training and experience, will become an expert in the following areas of responsibility:- Assist with timesheet collection for external contractors and verify timesheets are completed and approved as per K2 requirements.- Ensure consultant expenses are completed and approved as per contract and K2 requirements, in order to process them effectively.- Liaise with K2 Konnect team regarding any technical issues with consultants’ timesheets and/or expenses.- When appropriate, flag issues and exceptions to the Head of Operations.- Understand internal systems and processes and work with colleagues to improve the efficiency of duties performed.- Verify and enter contractor invoices into SAP for processing and timely payment, under the direction and supervision of the Head of Operations.- Work closely with Sales, Compliance and Finance departments to ensure that consultant payments are processed in a timely fashion.- Creating and updating bi-lingual (English/Spanish) contracts for clients and consultants; translating documents from Spanish to English and vice versa.- Raise CFDI invoices and send to clients.- Follow up of approvals in the system, and Purchase Orders consumption.**General Operations & Administration**:- Consultant Care. Ensuring a smooth, seamless, and consistent experience.- Provide appropriate operations and administrative support to the operations team.- Deal, vendor and client data updates, maintenance and tracking in Salesforce.**Requirements**:- 3+ years experience working in a professional office environment.- 3+ years experience raising CFDI invoices.- 3+ years experience in reconciliations and information analysis in Excel.- Working knowledge and experience using SAT webpage (SAT= Taxes Authority).- Integration of balances of customers and suppliers.- Intermediate to Professional English proficiency.- Excellent communication skills internally and externally with clients, vendors and consultants.- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask, with a willingness to take on new projects as required.- Highly motivated, and self driven, able to work under pressure to meet business needs within demanding timescales, in a complex hands on operational environment.- Superb time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet department deadlines.- Able to effectively work independently and with team members to meet objectives.- Flexible and able to quickly adjust to a dynamic changing business environment.- Accounting basic knowledge.- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
