Real Estate Cold Caller (Inside Sales Agent)**Compensation**:$400 - $500**Responsibilities**:- Primarily you are the frontline of the company so you will be talking to the leads that we'll provide you and make sure they'll have a good impression/experience with us.- You must conduct a pre-qualification process to determine if they are qualified for the service we are offering.- You will manage CRM/tracker/database and maintain the accuracy of the information.- Coordinate with individuals/teams/departments to ensure a smooth flow in the sales process.(Further discussion of the responsibilities will be done during the interview.)**Qualifications**:- Must be fluent in English (with a neutral accent or American accent)- Must have extensive sales & customer service experience- Professional Attitude & fast-paced- Reliable/Accountable- Good work ethic & fully committed**About Company**We're a real estate wholesale investment company.
