**Position: UX/Rapid Researcher****Location**: LATAM**Contract**: 12 Months**Join Our Team as a UX/Rapid Researcher**Are you passionate about understanding user behavior and driving impactful changes in product design? As part of our User Experience team, you’ll collaborate closely with product and design teams to uncover key insights into user motivations, experiences, and needs. Your work will directly shape product strategy and improve user experiences across consumer and international platforms.**Role Overview**:In this role, you’ll lead usability-focused research studies in fast-paced sprints, delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.**Key Responsibilities**:- Translate stakeholder needs into targeted research questions- Design and execute both unmoderated and moderated usability tests- Collaborate across consumer insights, data science, design, and product teams- Develop impactful research deliverables that drive business and product decisions**Qualifications**:**Required**:- 3+ years of user research experience- BA/BS in a relevant field (Psychology, Sociology, HCI, etc.) or equivalent product-centric experience**Preferred**:- Experience conducting remote research- Proficiency with platforms like UserTesting- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsThis is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact with actionable insights in a dynamic environmentTipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Whats your salary expectative?
