And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:Must have strong leadership skills including but not limited to: people development, proactively working well with people, realistic understanding of own abilities, strengths and challenges, and be able to support and inspire employees including those not under direct control.High information process capability to be able to effectively process, synthesize and integrate information to take action and make effective decisions, and to effectively manage the output of the people he or she manages.**Activities**- Responsible to achieve production results with the highest quality and lowest Cost in all areas under his responsibility.- Coordinates the team in charge to keep running the production lines every day.- He / She must be capable of handling the area and interact with the support departments to solve the problems that arise.- Participates and contributes to the different meetings, Production Meetings, Inventory control, Continuous Improvement and others as needed- Monitor the daily reports of production and deviation management for all KPIs, quality, scrap and takes necessary actions to correct them. If necessary, organize follow-up meetings by assigning actions and responsible.- Maintains and controls the headcount according to the sales forecasted.- Responsible to maintain 5S in all lines and shifts according to Continental procedures**Qualifications**- Industrial/Electronic/ Mechanic Engineer or related- At least 5 years of experience in Operations areas- +3 years experience on Team Leadership- ** Strong background in Supply chain (Production Planning or Materials Planning)**:- ** Experience on Engineer to Order products.**:- Bilingual English/Spanish, written/spoken.- Good knowledge of Production Systems and Managing complex production areas.- Safety Controls and Line Balancing- Previous knowledge in problem solving tools.- Advanced Microsoft office knowledgeLI-DFG
