**Responsibilities**- Interpret business requirements and simplify them for easy analysis, solution design and decision making to positively impact/solve medium risks/issues. Effectively communicate impact, cost and benefits of new and changed demands.- Work with colleagues across the E3S and IT, (e.g., Business Partners, architects and engineers) within the function and IT to identify the capabilities required to ensure outcomes/requirements and clearly understood and can be delivered.- Identify and implement operational efficiencies (ie: process or technology) in E3S that result in time and/or cost savings. Summarize and present information to key stakeholders (e.g., CLCO Leadership Team).- Create test cases per new functionality built for E3S technical solutions- Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.- Executing tests on software usability.- Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.- Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.- Interacting with clients to understand product requirement**Skills and experience****Essential**- Solid communication and demonstrated problem solving skills.- Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods.- Experience of working with both internal and external colleagues in a global organizations set within complex/geographical locations.- Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change.- Ability to communicate and explain your tests and results to the technical and non-technical people.- Ability to quickly learn new systems and their tech stack.- Lateral thinking.- Proven experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results.- Strong engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills.- High school diploma or higher education qualification.
