**The VP of Marketing is responsible for all of our marketing strategy at fastIEP - an edtech lab with a mission to create products to help children with invisible brain differences. You will sell into the US market for a B2B and B2C digital product.****What You’ll Do**- Devise and implement the overall marketing strategy for our B2C (direct to teachers) and B2B (sales to schools and districts) channels.- Build out a healthy and economical acquisition channel portfolio for fastIEP that will build our customer database, increase traffic, and grow our brand awareness.- Own the performance of our product across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.- Test and experiment across channels (paid, organic search, social, referral, product integration, and partnership) to unlock new growth opportunities for our business.- Test partner and affiliate channels to ensure we are leveraging our Partner ecosystems in the most efficient manner and reaching new audiences along the way.- Build industry-leading guest and viral loops that drive growth KPIs.- Lead the measurement, reporting, and education of our channel performance internally to ensure we are best prioritizing our growth resources and budgets.- Partner with our marketing operations across budgeting, channel forecasting, and ongoing reconciliation to ensure we maintain a responsible ethos around growth.- Develop and lead the resourcing plan for future acquisition investments which will include a mix of an in-house team, external agencies/support, and freelancers.- Deliver on marketing campaigns that bring to life our mission, product's UVP, and the stories of our users.- Partner with leaders across the organization to think more holistically about growth.What You’ll Need- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with B2C digital commerce startups.- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with B2B digital commerce startups.- A minimum of 8 total years of business experience in growth, marketing, and product-led growth at consumer-facing technology startups or businesses.- A proven track record of scaling consumer-facing startups from thousands to millions of active users.- A deep understanding of core channels (paid, organic search, social, referral, product integration, and partnership).- Experience in building and leading teams in the consumer space, with a willingness to invest in the development of your team members and to enable them to deliver on their KPIs.- Strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies, and a highly organized “doer,” with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action.- Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent and clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in a way they will understand.- Experience in leadership forums that have business-wide impact and responsibilities, with demonstrable leadership presence.- In-depth knowledge of consumer marketing, including deep knowledge of growth drivers.- Stellar relationship-building skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen, from facilitating negotiation to enabling their execution.- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure you meet the quality, resource, and time constraints. Enthusiasm and drive for delivering results.- Experience in education technology is helpful but not required**Salary Level****Location**You can be located anywhere in the world. fastIEP is a fully virtual company with a global team located in over 10 countries around the world.Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Have you sold to the US market?
