Samvardhana Motherson Peguform (SMP) is a leading expert in high quality interior and exterior modules for the automotive industry. The company is a member of the Motherson Group, one of the 22 largest automotive suppliers worldwide.**Your tasks**:Maintaining a good relationship with the different clients, to guarantee future expansions. Obtaining new business, as well as securing profit margins for the company.- Develop, motivate and train the personnel under his charge in order to meet the company's objectives, evaluating the competencies and development of the personnel in his area.- Search for new business- Coordinate price calculations for future projects (profitability).- Follow-up and calculation of sales forecasts and budgets.- Follow-up of tooling collections and engineering changes with customers.- Special negotiations with customers.- Ensure operations under compliance with group procedures (PMS).**Your profile**:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering or related career. Similar position minimum 3 years Sales 3 years Automotive Industry 3 years Project Execution and Release, Injection Molding Process, Plastic Injection, Drawing Interpretation Plastic Injection Molding, Drawing Interpretation APQP, AMEF, IATF 16949, English, German preferably Costing System Analytical Skills/ Decision Making/ Teamwork/ Supervision/ Human Relations/ Planning/ Organization/ Problem Solving/ Conflict Resolution/ Negotiation/ Reliability/ Service Attitude/ Collaboration/ Group Loyalty/ Work Ethic/ Integrity/ Approachability**What we offer**:Company benefits package
