English level C1 or equivalent- 1+ year(s) experience implementing and configuring digital marketing campaigns- Campaign management experience using cloud technology (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot) or on-premise technology (e.g., IBM, Teradata, Adobe).- Solid understanding of and detailed experience with digital marketing- Proficient business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users- Proven ability to build effective partnerships with business owners and technical partnersKey job responsibilities- Manage and work the ticket queue by promptly triaging cases, answering end-user questions, fulfilling requests, and resolving system incidents in a timely and customer centric manner.- Support and maintain automated digital marketing solutions using Amazons Marketing tools.- Assist in monitoring data quality and integrity.
