Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Planning Assistant is in charge of batching incoming sales orders, using ZIFT and routing orders to Production facilities in Ensenada and Kentucky. The Planning Assistant will need a strong eye for detail as well as time management skills.**_This position will work weekday evenings (Monday through Thursday) and requires occasional overtime, including weekends, daytime hours and nights._****DUTIES (Including but not limited to)**:- Prioritize and batch orders using ZIFT- Print off, organize, and prioritize pick sheets for material handlers in the Ensenada Manufacturing facility.- Analyzes and prioritizes workflow based on direction from QA/QC Process Manager- Keeps production schedule up to date on a frequent basis- Quickly communicate short noticed production changes, as directed by QA/QC Process Manager- Ability to problem solve batching and scheduling inconsistenciesExperiência y requisitos- ** INGLES AVANZADO - INDISPENSABLE**:- Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year- Familiarity with ZIFT- Familiarity with Google Sheets- Microsoft Office (Primarily Excel)- Familiarity with Microsoft D365Beneficios- caja de ahorro- utilidades garantizadas- servicios médicos en planta- transporte**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Planeación**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Variable**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Variable- Horario personalizado- Lunes a jueves- Lunes a viernes- Fines de semana**Estudios** Carrera sin título**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
