We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition Analyst**Role purpose****Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**- Create, validate requisitions, pre-fill HR Interview guides and trigger any approval needed for every Hiring request- Attach to our Recruitment system all the evidences required to accomplish with Global and Local audit requirements- Trigger and follow up Background checks requests when applicable- Onboard new hires and internal movers, keeping them updated regarding their Onboarding Process- Problem solving regarding different kind of issues (System or policy issues)- Develop and update Onboarding materials- Database managementRequirements**Functional Knowledge**- 1-2 YOE in the area of Human Resources (Recruitment)- Experience in the financial, insurance or banking sector- Degree in psychology, BA, Marketing, Communication or Industrial Engineer- **Advanced English****Skills**- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members- Strong organizational and communication skills- Strict adherence to Policies and ProceduresAt HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of leave days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
