En iVoy nos encanta la diversidad ,el crecimiento profesional y sobre todo la gente.**¿Qué buscamos ?**Business Talent Acquisition**¿Qué significa ser Business Talent Acquisition en iVoy?**Es el aliado del área de negocio asignado para asesorar al Team en temas de atracción de talento, retención y evaluación durante el periodo de prueba, así mismo de prever las necesidades del área en temas de adquisición de talento**¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?**- Identicar los skills técnicos de cada vacante abierta.- Difundir ofertas de trabajo en los canales adecuados.- Participación y apertura a ferias del empleo- Entrevistas técnicas, basadas en competencias y cultura organizacional.- Elaborar informes de entrevistas.- Dar seguimiento a las solicitudes y el proceso de contratación hasta su finalización.- Seguimiento e informes semanales con el equipo de reclutamiento.**Requirements**:Inglés Intermedio/ Avanzado1 a 3 años de experiênciaPlus Conocimiento de ATS Reclutamiento dentro y fuera de la republica Mexicana
