-Job descriptionIf you’re looking for a career where you can make a real impression, join our Global Service Center (GSC)- HSBC and discover how valued you’ll be.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of**Manager Talent Acquisition & Onboarding****Role** **Purpose**:Accountable for the overall delivery of a sizeable Talent Acquisition & Onboarding function across the Global Service Center (GSC) for offshore services provided to USA. For this role is expected to lead a team to deliver the operation, BAU activities and continue a transformation of the function.**Principal Accountabilities**- Partner with suppliers (Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (MSP) & Vendor Management Solution (VMS)) to maximize performance and optimize outcomes in line with service level agreements and customer expectations ensuring a high quality and cost effective service is delivered- Reduce time to fill vacancies to increase potential productivity.- Effective management of cost and maximizing innovative & efficient sourcing solutions- Accountability for diverse sourcing channels and fair selection process, in line with relevant legislation.- Full understanding of the regulatory environment in USA.Requirements- Fluent in English & Spanish- Great stakeholder management- Demonstrable track record in process management and improvement, delivering service excellence and cost reduction through vendor performance management.- Experience in leading large, operational teams (on-site, near and off shore teams), cross border and managing performance of individuals and vendors- Experience in analyzing complex quantitative and qualitative data and making commercial decisions with the outcomes.- Business acumen- Resilience & proven ability to work under pressure within demanding timescalesYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBCAt HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
