You are always seeking new and diverse challenges to grow your skill set and broaden your experience.**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:As a Project Coordinator, you will support two or more Project Managers of internal or customer projects from start to finish, including participating in project team scrums and other meetings, collecting and distributing meeting minutes/action items, managing and updating project plans created by the Project Manager and escalating any delayed items to the team. You will be responsible for following up with project task and action item owners to ensure timely completion, and provide weekly status and progress reviews via PowerPoint to the Project Manager. During testing phases you will manage the test case tracker and issue log, publish daily metrics, and escalate any critical items to the project etam. You will proactively seek advice and support from your Project Manager and PMO office as needed to ensure full compliance to the method and project requirements.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related courses- At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination with proven record of success- Previous formal training in project management required, including Agile Alliance, PMI and PRINCE2 methodologies - certification preferred- Able to collaborate with internal and client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, client relations, project managers and sponsors- Skilled in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams through executives- Able to use various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall- Experienced in balancing critical issue resolution and competing priorities- Skilled in Microsoft Office programs; experienced with JIRA preferred**ABOUT US**:
