Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you’ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.**You Are**:**The opportunity**:- Assist Project Managers in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.- Ensure that stakeholders’ needs are met as the project evolves.- Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.- Use project management tools (Jira) to monitor budget, plans, and money spent.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.**What you need**:- 1+ years of experience in the following areas:- Project Coordinator or similar role.- Project management software.- Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.- Preferred Qualifications- PMP certification.- Agile development environment.**Benefits**Employees receive mandatory and non-mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30) days’ pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance.
