If you're passionate about building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences, this role is for you**Key responsibilities and hard skills**- Proactively identify and resolve customer challenges, optimizing their journey.- Implement efficient processes to manage tasks and priorities effectively.- At least 6 months of experience in Sales or Customer Service- Fluency in Spanish + English **or** Spanish + Portuguese.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories.- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus.**Soft Skills**:- A passion for excellence and innovation.- Empathy towards team members and users.- Startup mindset, you're a maker, not a paper pusher.- Agility and ability to work in an always in motion environment.- Detail-oriented approach, ensuring quality in every aspect of work.**What we offer**- A Part-time role, **open exclusively to contractors** (not as an employee position).- Remote Job from: Argentina, Mexico, Dominican Republic or Costa Rica- A dynamic, inclusive, and innovative work environment.- A competitive compensation based on your experience**How to apply****Job Types**: Part-time, CommissionPay: $10,662.17 - $27,479.23 per monthExpected hours: No more than 25 per weekApplication Deadline: 15/05/2025
