Customer lifecycle management, Data analysis of customer health metrics and usage trends, SaaS account management experience, Upselling and cross-selling strategies, Process design and scalability for customer support and success tracking, Ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure adoption and retention.
  • Monitor customer health and usage data to anticipate needs and risks.
  • Partner with Product and Onboarding teams to improve the user experience.
  • Drive renewal conversations and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Develop scalable processes for customer support and success tracking.
  • Gathering product feedback from customers to enhance the Voice of the Customer (VOC) within the organization

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience

in customer success or account management in
SaaS and startup

environment.
- Strong relationship

-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with
CRMs

like Hubspot, Salesforce or Notion.
- Experience
building from scratch in a startup environment
- Proficiency in resolving customer issues
- Ability to
translate feedback into actionable

improvements.
- Experience
working with product teams
- Familiarity with
customer success metrics.
- Ability to
lead a team.
- A
growth mindset

with leadership potential to build and scale the CS function.
- Advanced English

Perks

Labor Hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Modality:

Full-time, Hybrid (Mexico City, 2 days a week  onsite), Mixed Hiring Modality

Salary:

$2,000 to $2,500 USD monthly
