Fluent English and reliable VPN access are essential to ensure seamless communication and access to platforms and tools.**Responsibilities**:1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:- Develop and manage a content calendar, coordinating all stages from planning to execution.- Create and implement a cohesive social media strategy tailored for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.- Stay updated on market trends in Southern California, blending local culture insights with content that resonates with target audiences.- Conduct ongoing research on social media trends, algorithms, and viewer preferences to keep content relevant and engaging.2. Video Production & Editing:- Collaborate on video scripting for YouTube, ensuring content aligns with audience interests and brand goals.- Edit videos with b-roll, graphics, titles, and creative visual assets to maintain high-quality standards.- Repurpose videos into formats suitable for YouTube Shorts, Instagram/Facebook Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, maximizing reach and engagement.3. Analytics & Performance Tracking:- Track social media performance metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights to optimize future content.- Stay updated on emerging social media algorithms and viewer preferences to align content with best practices.4. Ongoing Education & Market Awareness:- Continuously study Southern California market trends and local culture to ensure content relevance.- Keep up with digital marketing and social media best practices through self-study and adaptation.Qualifications:- Proven experience in social media management, video editing, and content creation.- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Reliable access to a VPN to ensure seamless access to tools and platforms.- Familiarity with social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar effectively.- Proficiency with video editing software (New AI tools, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).- Self-motivated, innovative, and constantly up-to-date on digital and social media trends.This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic real estate and property management team, creating content that reaches and engages diverse audiences.
