Your Tasks And Responsibilities Ensure partner development @México and Central América to reach Professional level in : Lead Management Systems Business (SBs, LVs, Capacitor Banks, Soft Starters, 3WA Pack (Domestic Systems), MCCs (S4, S8, 8PX)) Digital Business Sales Principals Compliance Qualifications At least 7 years of experience working with partners / distributors Academic background : Bachelor's degree in engineering Experience with distributors development Leadership skills Fluent English Experience with digitalization, project management Experience working with cross functional teams (Supply chain, quality, marketing, sales) Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affintrative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
