We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Processor Acct Servicing and MntLlevar a cabo las actividades de validación y análisis de información para la formalización, disposición y mantenimientos de créditos personales, nómina, autos y RBB, así como la conciliación de las operaciones y emisión de reportes relacionados a la cartera de crédito al consumo de acuerdo a las especificaciones convenidas con el cliente, dando cumplimiento a los requerimientos normativos y estándares establecidos por la Institución.Registrar la contabilidad derivada de la operación de créditos personales, nómina, autos y RBB, mediante la elaboración de pólizas manuales, con el fin de garantizar la confiabilidad y la información financiera.Conocer y contribuir con los objetivos del área a través del cumplimiento de las actividades asignadas.- Revisar que las solicitudes de operación cumplan con lo especificado en convenios y manual de crédito tanto en contenido como en facultades.- Analizar y registrar en los sistemas del banco las solicitudes de operación recibidas por los diferentes medios, asegurando el correcto registro con el fin de administrar la cartera de crédito de manera adecuada.- Conciliar las afectaciones derivadas de la operación (control operativo y/o contable) mediante el análisis de las bases extraídas de los sistemas, con el fin de garantizar el correcto registro y administración de los créditos, así como la confiabilidad de la información financiera.- Elaborar información derivada de la operación, mediante el análisis de las bases extraídas de los sistemas para cubrir los requerimientos de información de las áreas internas y externas, así como, la generación de medidores que servirán a los titulares para la toma de decisiones.- Conocer y contribuir con los objetivos del área a través del cumplimiento de las actividades asignadas para su logro.- Llevar a cabo las acciones identificadas para la mitigación de los riesgos operativos de los procesos establecidos en el área, considerando las normas y estándares Institucionales, así como, los planes definidos por el Titular del área- Mantener actualizada la documentación inherente a sus funciones, mediante la revisión y control de la documentación generada, con el fin de cumplir con las garantías y especificaciones convenidas con los clientes y proveedores.**Requirements**:- EscolaridadLicenciatura en Contaduría (Titulado)- ExperiênciaDe 1 a 3 años de experiência como analista o manejo de procesos administrativos u operativos (Deseable)- ConocimientosContabilidad básicaMicrosoft OfficeHoganKronerLEAPInglés básico- CompetenciasPromoción del cambio e innovaciónJuicio y toma de decisionesDirige la ejecución y el desempeñoCompartiendo conocimiento y promoviendo comunicación abiertaGenera lealtad y satisfacción al clienteAprendizaje continuoAdaptabilidadServicio al clienteYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
