Seguimiento a folios de aclaración Tarjeta de Crédito / Tarjeta de DébitoControl de Documentos: Validación y seguimiento de documentación de aclaraciones como los son pagarés Nacionales e Internacionales, RepresentacionesInternacionales y Nacionales, Gestión de folios en SCC, Cambios de Gaveta, gestión de la documentación para contra cargos, gestión de soporte del dictamenpara entregarlo al cliente.Compensación y liquidación Tarjetas Bancarias: Monitoreo y registro contable de partidas de aclaraciones.Aclaraciones Especiales: Atención de AutoridadesControl Operativo: Seguimiento y validación de normativa aplicable al proceso de Aclaraciones de Tarjetas, Riesgos y controles.Línea Directa: Acuerdos y seguimiento respecto a los folios de aclaración generadosPIF: Seguimiento a los indicadores de Fraude y proceso de Aclaraciones donde se requiere su intervención.Centro de Atención Premier: Acuerdos y seguimiento respecto a los folios de aclaración generados.Producto TDD/TDC: Revisión de indicadores del desempeño del área de Aclaraciones de Tarjetas Bancarias.PFS: Solicitud y obtención de acuses de recibo de entrega de tarjetas de TDC, relación de tarjetas TDD a cuentasRequirementsConocimientos y ExperiênciaOffice nível medio (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)Ingles nível medio / básicoConocimiento avanzado en Sistemas Hogan, Action 2000, TB1, GCC, PFTA, Postventa, LIM, Firmas, Tuberia, SAE,OHC,PROSA, SIAManuales de VISA y MASTERCARDConratos InterbancariosVisa Resolve OnlineAnalíticoToma de desicionesTrabajo bajo presiónYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
