-Job descriptionThe International Subsidiary Banking (ISB) strategy is to provide consistent, in-depth and dedicated coverage across the HSBC network with the end goal to deepen our relationship with our clients. The International Subsidiary Banking (ISB) business is a significant contributor of revenue to Banking and consists of a network of dedicated bankers across more than 50 countries.Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)Support Bankers in existing and new long-term relationships with the customers, streamlined with Wholesale Banking strategy to be the Leading International Bank.ISB is one of the fastest growing businesses in HSBC and a key pillar of our Group Strategy. Despite the ongoing challenging global and regional economic circumstances, the business continues to present a resilient performance. Going forward, Wholesale Banking is keen to deliver on its strategy to attract the right customers who benefit from our international connectivity. A key priority will be to help bankers to increase revenues while maintaining absolute focus and execution of Global Standards, Risk & Compliance to ensure that our conduct matches our values.Main Responsibilities:- Support 2 bankers with a portfolio of 70 names of ISB complex clients to provide them local banking solutions according with its parental guidance; products such as: Cash Management, Payroll, FX and Derivatives, Credit and Lending, Trade and Supply Chain Solutions, Insurance and Investments.- Follow each Banker effective strategy to manage customer relationships, anticipating customer needs to provide a best in class service to position HSBC as the market leader in this business.- Help the Team to ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information on different bank systems as required. Strong focus on commercial activity and reporting under CRM systems.- Support bankers to comply with CDD (Customer Due Diligence) and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures according to group policy.Leadership & Teamwork- Efficient daily collaboration with product support specialist including credit operations.- Collaborating with RMs to identify and match customer needs with business opportunities.Requirements- Experience in Client Service - Desired- English as a second language - Advanced level- High level of responsibility, organization and proactivity- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken- Excellent service attitude- Strategic and business thinking aligned with HSBC.- Quick learner and results-oriented/proactive.- Leadership, good negotiator, able to work under pressure, and conflict mediator.
