**Introduction to role**:Join us as an Associate Business Analyst, a key player in contributing to business analysis, design, and test activities for large scale/global business change or delivering small scale business change independently. You will be part of our IT team, operating with interactive communication, demonstrating inclusion and cultural sensitivity. Here at AstraZeneca, you're more than just a supporting unit, you are valued for the important role you play in the business.**Accountabilities**:As an Associate Business Analyst, you will partner with the Domain Lead, Capability Lead or other Business Analyst colleagues to support the development of business cases, assist in business process design and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs. You will be expected to perform at a capable level in various areas including Business Needs Identification, Business Analysis Planning, Stakeholder Analysis & Change, Requirements Analysis and Design Definition, Business Case and Benefits Management, Solution Evaluation and IT Delivery.**Essential Skills/Experience**:- Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change- Strong engagement, communication and facilitation skills, including presentation and influencing skills- Experience of working in a regulated environment- Experience of working with third party suppliers/vendors- Business acumen- Challenge, negotiation and influence- Presentation, Communication & Facilitation- Customer Focus- Stakeholder Management- Networking- Compliance- Planning- Business Process Management- Requirements Management**Desirable Skills/Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related business area is preferred.- Formal certification in business analysis practice is a plus- Exposure to Agile Methodology- Experience of working in a global organization- Pharmaceutical business awareness//business domain knowledge- Benefits Management and Realization- User Centered Design (User Experience, User Interface Design and Business Process Design)When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
