With operations in more than 40 countries, our employees and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally cherished.**How will you contribute to our magical experience?**The Assistant Social Media will assist in creating, editing, and distributing content across ESPN Deportes’ social media platforms, with a focus on engaging sports fans and growing account engagement.**The**Assistant Social Media**will be responsible for**:- Assist in shaping, creating, and distributing social content for sports fans across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X, Threads, and Facebook.- Discover User Generated Content that resonates with ESPN Deportes' audience.- Generate new ideas for building account engagement and growth.- Support colleagues in making social content and copy compelling and platform-appropriate.- Utilize social data regularly to inform content decisions.- Post highlights of various live sports events.- Work regular night and weekend shifts as required by the nature of sports events. Schedule varies depending on company needs.**What we need from you be part of this story**:- At least 1-2 years working in social media or a related field.- Preferred Industries: Sports Journalism, News, Sports Media, Social Media Networks.- Extensive knowledge in sports, especially soccer (national and international), NFL, NBA, Boxing, UFC, and MLB.- Impeccable spelling and writing skills.- Must know how to work under pressure, strong communication, organization, creativity, flexibility.- Knowledge in photo and video editing software (is a must) / Final Cut, Premiere, CapCut, photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom).- Knowledge of social media networks: Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube and TikTok.- Upper intermediate level of English (is a must).- **This position will require to work during weekends.
