At nahnu we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer (Agentic AI), with the following specifications:**Responsibilities**- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other AI tools, data sources, and external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP) and the Integration Hub.- Utilize advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance the intelligence and performance of AI agents.- Ensure that AI agents and workflows adhere to ITIL best practices, enterprise security policies, and data privacy regulations.- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance and accuracy of AI agents and automated workflows.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.- Maintaining documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions.**Required Qualifications**- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software development and ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on AI integration and workflow automation.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Virtual Agent development within ServiceNow.- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), and vector databases.- 3-5 years of experience with AI/ML models, especially in the context of risk-based decision making and predictive analytics.- Strong knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric and Raptor DB is required- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems.- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a must- Experience with various other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM is preferred.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,508.62 - $23,481.48 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
