.**BAT DBS MÉXICO** **IS LOOKING FOR A** **BILINGUAL REVENUE GROWTH MANAGEMENT PRICING ANALYST****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Entry-level,** **Non-management**FUNCTION**: Revenue Growth Management**LOCATION**:Monterrey, MX**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**This role is part of Pricing workstream in the Revenue Growth Management DBS. The role is responsible for providing data-based commercial insights to support pricing decisions.**Reports to**:Team lead**Geographic Scope**:US Market**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Understand strategies and initiatives that will accelerate revenue growth (RGM).- Complete business tracking metrics and reporting routines that will enable the RGM team to generate key insights.- Provide the gathering, preparation, validation and cleansing of different sources of information.- Assume a supporting role as part of the analytics team as it applies to data requirements, data validation, schematics quality, and overall merchandising plans for assigned projects.- Effectively communicate data analysis to key collaborators regardless of geographic and/or cultural differences.- Develop a deep understanding of pricing and promotion strategies, internal processes, and overall technical requirements.- Play an active role as a member of Digital Business Solutions team, ensuring continuous improvement in all required capabilities (with emphasis on strong analytical skills).- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced manner with data management tools.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Are you fluent in spoken and written English?- Are you comfortable engaging with collaborators and working collaboratively?- Do you have experience delivering insights from large amounts of data?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- University Degree.- 0 - 3 years of experience.- Time management as work will adhere to deadlines.- Effectively engage collaborators who are culturally diverse while being geographically away. Comfortable interpreting and manipulating large amounts of data.- Needs a good work ethic and be willing to learn quickly. Programming concepts understanding is desirable.- Very good command of English, spoken and written. (B2+/C1)- Use of Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.- Data Analytics or Big Data experience is a plus.
