**Técnico de Recursos Humanos / Comunicación- Entrenamiento**:Como Técnico de Recursos Humanos, tu jugaras un rol muy importante en este proyecto en APTIV, participaras activamente en diversas asignaciones en el departamento de Recursos Humanos enfocadas en el servicio y atención de los trabajadores.**Rol**:- Serás parte del equipo del equipo de Recursos Humanos de la planta de Reynosa, trabajando en equipo con otras áreas como comunicación y entrenamiento.- Participación en activades de comunicación y realización de eventos.- Publicación y comunicación de información.- Manejo de redes sociales de la planta.- Realización de capacitación y cursos en público.- Realización de proyectos para las actividades y eventos importantes del año.- Soporte o coordinación auditorias, manejo y organización de incidencias ( vacaciones, permisos y captura en el sistema )- Ejecutar validaciones de datos y documentos.- Edición de fotografías y videos.- Captura y redacción de información.- Realización de presentaciones y material de información.**Requisitos:- Carrera de Diseño, Comunicación y Administración de Empresas.- Experiência de 2 años en puesto similar.- Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal.- Ingles intermedio oral y escrito.- Manejo de programas de Microsoft Office ( Especialista em Power Point).- Habilidad de trabajo en Equipo.- Creativo.- Disponibilidad de horario.**Recompensas y ventajas de Aptiv**:Reconocimiento por innovación y excelencia, Oportunidades para retribuir a la comunidad, Trabajo significativo que marca la diferencia en el mundo.**Algunos ven diferencias.
