**Position Overview**: The **Materials Manager** plans, orders, stores, controls, and distributes materials and products per company and customer needs.**Responsibilities**:- Develop materials management strategies using **Epicor ERP**, forecasting requirements and optimizing inventory for continuous production.- Oversee material receipt, storage, and distribution; implement inventory control systems; conduct audits.- Coordinate logistics and transportation for timely deliveries; manage logistics providers and ensure compliance.- Lead, train, and develop the materials management team; promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and quality.- Analyze and report on materials management performance, inventory, procurement, and supplier data to identify trends, savings, and present findings to management.**Requirements**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials management, preferable within the automotive industry.- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control.- Certification in supply chain management or related field (APICS, CPSM, etc).- Proficiency in materials management software and ERP systems, EPICOR or similar.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software systems.- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages (written and verbal).Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
