We offer all businesses, large or small, a highly trained, reliable 3rd party processing at significant savings.We are seeking a meticulous and organized Mortgage Loan Specialist to join our COC desk, CD/Docs department. In this role, you will play a vital part in reviwing loan files by ensuring all required documents are in place and ordering critical items such as Initial Disclosures, Change of Circumstance, Closing Disclosure and review documents.**Responsibilities**:- Order COC based in changes made to loan file- Prepare and send initial Loan Estimates, revised LE, COC, Closing Disclosures- Input loan data into the system, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.- Organize and maintain loan files, ensuring all required documents are gathered and properly labeled.- Communicate with account manager, processors, and underwriters to address missing or incomplete information.- Monitor loan pipelines to ensure timely progression and processing of files.- Maintain strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Track documents and status to maintain proactive communication with the team- Update all effective data in the **LOS (Loan Origination System)**.- Review reports for accuracy/compliance with **FHA, VA, UAD, and internal policies**.- Notify account manager/clients of delays or issues.- Maintain vendor database and monitor performance.- Assist with billing/reconciliation.**Requirements and qualifications**:- 1 yr min Experience in mortgage loans- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- English and Spanish Proficient**Benefits**- Paid training- Work From Home (Remote)- Monday thru Friday Works Schedule.Pay: $14,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Mortgage: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Inglés (required)Work Location: Remote
