So are we**The Work You'll Do**:As Senior Enterprise Account Executive you will open new markets, develop strategic alliances, and generate high-value opportunities to expand our footprint in Latin America. Working with existing clients and new clients to sell company products including negotiate and close long term contracts. This role will be responsible for managing the renewals process from start to finish working with various departments throughout the company with an emphasis on Sales, Legal and Finance. Additional responsibilities include contract negotiations, updating sales force automation and all other aspects of the prospecting and sales renewals sales process.- More specifically, you will:_- Prospect and develop opportunities in key accounts in banking, fintech, insurance, retail, telecommunications, and government- Manage the entire sales cycle: identification, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing- Design and execute regional expansion strategies aligned with the company objectives- Participate in bidding processes, RFPs, and reverse auctions, ensuring competitive proposals- Build and strengthen alliances with partners, resellers, and integrators in the region- Represent the company at innovation, compliance, and cybersecurity events- Report pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar)- Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders- Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external client satisfaction- Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives with current customers**What We Need From You**- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management (desirable)- 5-8 years in business development or enterprise B2B sales in technology, SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, or cybersecurity companies- Experience selling digital identity, biometrics, electronic signature, and document validation solutions- Advanced English- Knowledge in SaaS licensing models: subscription and pay-per-transaction (PXQ)- Knowledge in KYC, AML, GDPR regulations, and data protection laws in Latin America- Proven experience in LATAM, with direct commercial management in at least 3 countries (e.g., Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina)- Success in meeting annual sales targets exceeding USD 1M- Management of complex and consultative sales cycles with C-Level (CIO, CISO, Legal, Compliance)- Active participation in tenders and contract negotiations- Creation and management of strategic alliances with channels and partners- Business travel required to attend client meetings and conferences- Ability to interact effectively with teammates, colleagues and customers- Ability to comprehend and communicate complex concepts- Ability to concentrate, analyze and resolve complex problems**What Does Sovos Offer You?**The tools to enhance your life - because we want you to enjoy your life outside of work and inside- Flexible Time-Off- Comprehensive Health benefits- Uncapped commission program- Bi-Weekly Meeting Free Days- Mentoring Programs- Globally recognized Training and Development programsSovos is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an environment that celebrates diversity and where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and employees.
