Provide legal advice and services to support the organization’s business in assigned region, in one or more of the following areas: contract law, **software licensing, technology**, regulatory or compliance. May also coordinate legal matters handled by outside counsel.**Essential Functions**- Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts. Ensure that contracts are following legal, regulatory and organization policies.- Monitor the contract process to assure compliance with the organization's contractual guidelines, satisfaction of customers/third parties, including participation in internal and external pre-contract discussions, contract negotiations and contract changes.- Advise the organization on legal issues concerning clinical research customer contracts, **technology and software licensing,** intellectual property, real estate, and privacy matters.- Manage legal contracts in assigned regions.- Supports the legal team on mergers and/or acquisitions.**Qualifications**- Academic background with a law degree from an accredited university.- Ability to negotiate, read and draft in English, as well as fluent in spoken English.- Strong organizational, planning, project management, communication, presentation, and influence skills.- Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment- Excellent skills using MS Office Suite: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities- Ability to work independently and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients- Influence skills with collaborative, open, direct communication style, and willingness to engage in constructive debate- Team player with ability to plan, organize and deliver results and handle confidential information.**CV must be submit in English**home-based
