Driven by our commitment to patients, we develop sustainable, integrated healthcare solutions by working side-by-side with healthcare stakeholders, based on partnerships of trust and transparency**Business Unit Finance Analyst**:The Business Unit Finance Analyst serves as a business partner for specific therapeutic areas, providing support to marketing teams generating the information and analysis required to support decision-making and monitoring of business performance.Compliance focal point responsible for ensuring SOX Controls. The role includes evaluating and monitoring processes, procedures, and activities to identify and mitigate risks.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in the development of marketing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.- Collaborating with marketing teams to align financial goals and objectives with overall marketing strategies.- Supervising and reporting on actual versus planned spending and providing insights on budget variances.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, global services, and sales, capture the input, and share insights.- Support marketing teams with financial analysis and recommendations for decision-making.- Develop financial models and analysis. Build tools for directors and managers to support decision-making.- Supervise the implementation and adherence to internal control policies and procedures throughout the organization, addressing non-compliance issues and recommending corrective actions.- Assist with internal and external audit engagements, providing required documentation and evidence to auditors, responding to inquiries, and addressing audit recommendations**Qualifications**:**Loved this Job? See the requirements below**:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, and Industrial Engineering, among others.- Five years of experience is required.- Knowledge of Accounting and financial processes (financial and control, analysis, financial planning and forecasting, reports, and variance analysis, Budget Control) is required.- Experience in commercial finance is considered a differential capability.- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint- Experience with SAP and Anaplan is a plus.- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills- Required languages: Sophisticated English level.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
