Sobre nuestro cliente Empresa mexicana que está revolucionando el sector Asegurador en México Maximizar el desempeño de la fuerza de ventas Descripción Diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento a procesos comerciales eficientes. Centralizar la información de pipeline, forecast y KPIs de ventas. Asegurar el uso correcto del CRM y herramientas de gestión. Desarrollar reportes y dashboards para dar visibilidad al equipo directivo. Identificar cuellos de botella en el proceso de ventas y proponer soluciones. Colaborar con Recursos Humanos y Finanzas en compensaciones, cuotas y productividad del equipo. Servir como puente entre ventas, operaciones y dirección para asegurar ejecución impecable. Perfil buscado 2-4 años de experiencia en Sales Operations, Revenue Operations o Business Analyst (fintech o insurtech). Perfil analítico con dominio de Excel/Google Sheets y herramientas de BI (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.). Experiencia en administración y optimización de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce o similares). Habilidad para traducir datos en insights accionables. Capacidad para estructurar procesos y estandarizar la operación comercial. Comunicación clara y colaboración transversal.
