**Estamos contratando****_ Atención a pacientes - Atención remota (Home Office)_**Buscamos personas comprometidas, organizadas y con vocación de servicio para unirse a nuestro equipo de atención a pacientes. Si tienes experiência en call center y te apasiona ayudar, esta es tu oportunidad**Requisitos**:- Inglés nível C1 (indispensable)- Escolaridad preferente: Licenciatura- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en call center- Equipo propio (No Mac/iOS)**Actividades principales**:- Atención a pacientes vía llamadas, mensajes y correos- Seguimiento a personas interesadas en el servicio- Agendamiento y confirmación de citas médicas- Conexión de llamadas entre pacientes y doctores- Llenado de formatos y registros internos**Horario**:- Jornada de 8 horas diarias- 6 días a la semana con 1 día de descanso rolado- Horarios variables dentro de una ventana de servicio de 6:30 a.m. a 9:00 p.m. (dependiendo del horario en EE. UU.)**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo mensual: $14,000 MXN- Bono mensual adicional- Prestaciones de Ley- Trabajo 100% Home Office (con disponibilidad para asistir al sitio si se solicita)**Ubicación física (en caso de ser requerido)**: Carretera México-Toluca 5420, El Yaqui, Cuajimalpa, 05320.
