We have endless exciting problems to solve, and we only use the best and latest technology.**Job: Key account manager****Responsibilities**- Manage assigned commercial accounts in line with the company's strategic priorities, maximizing volumes and revenue as specifically prescribed per account- The allocated accounts are managed in its entirety by implementing sales plans and driving sales initiatives- Provide support and operational direction to ensure achievement of the revenue sales target in accordance with company commercial, B2B and marketing objectives- Plan and execute processes designed to target potential incremental business and increase market share where required- Maintain an organized process for managing implemented marketing actions from obtaining approval to financial settlement in close coordination with whom the role reports to base on the structure- Manage the existing relationships between the company and the assigned commercial accounts to ensure continued high performance and to develop new sales to increase the market, while achieving and exceeding agreed revenue targets- Work closely with Sales Steering & Business Analysts, anticipate competitor activities, monitoring market trends and propose sales actions in a timely manner to maintains market position with the commercial accounts- Use all available management information systems to help determine sales opportunities, appropriate action, and ensure positive sales trends or to reverse adverse trends with a view to proactively increasing opportunities- Ensure commercial accounts contracts and agreements are properly created, distributed, and approved**Qualifications and experience**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 5+ years’ experience in all aspects of the airline/travel trade sales/commercial environment with proven experience in managing and developing accounts- Professional in Written, Oral English skill**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**- Strong influencing, negotiate and communicate skills at all levels and a high achieving sale professional able to clearly demonstrate achievement of targets- Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant and outgoing personality and through a consultative approach build and establish relationships with clients- Result orientated with solid financial aptitude- Ability to source new clients through targeted sales campaigns to new and existing markets- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.Manage the existing relationships between the company and the assigned commercial accounts to ensure continued high performance and to develop new sales to increase the market, while achieving and exceeding agreed revenue target**Monhly Salary $1,200 USD plus $ 800 KPI´s usd.****-****Salary**: $24,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
