**Importante empresa con corporativo en San Pedro esta en búsqueda de un**:**Puesto a contratar**:(1) Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)**Escolaridad**:Lic. Comercio Exterior, Relaciones Internacionales, Administración de Empresas, Logística o afín. **(Titulado)****Principales responsabilidades y conocimientos**:- Buscar nuevas oportunidades de venta mediante el seguimiento de clientes potenciales entrantes, llamadas en frío y correos electrónicos salientes.- Comprender las necesidades y los requisitos de los clientes para ofrecerles soluciones adecuadas.- Canalizar los leads pre-cualificados a los representantes de ventas externos (FSR) apropiados para su desarrollo.- Cerrar las ventas y alcanzar las cuotas asignadas.- Fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes existentes para asegurar su satisfacción y lealtad.- Utilizar herramientas de análisis para evaluar el rendimiento de las ventas y ajustar las estrategias según sea necesario.- Colaboración interna con otros departamento para asegurar una buena experiência del cliente.**Indispensable**:- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en ventas, servicio al cliente o logística.- **Inglés conversacional avanzado (obligatorio)**:- Conocimientos avanzados en análisis de costos y manejo de carga.- Manejo de software CRM y otras herramientas de ventas digitales,- Conocimiento de normativas y regulaciones aduaneras.**Competencias**: Actitud de servicio, comunicación asertiva, organización y resolutivo.**Horario**:Lunes a Viernes 9:00am. a 6:00pm. | Híbrido**Oferta salarial**: $30,000 mxn mensuales brutos.**Prestaciones**:- 100% Cotización ante IMSS e INFONAVIT- Aguinaldo (30 días)- 50% Prima Vacacional- Seguro de Vida- Seguro de Gastos Médicos MayoresTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $30,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Redacta brevemente tu experiência en ventas y en que industria, por favor:Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
