Estamos buscando un **Network Support Engineer** con energía, compromiso y alto sentido de servicio para integrarse a nuestro equipo y garantizar operaciones impecables**Tus principales retos serán**:- Monitorear, atender y resolver incidentes y solicitudes de servicio **Enterprise, Wireless y VDC** de forma ágil y efectiva.- Elaborar **reportes semanales** sobre soluciones de seguridad implementadas.- Crear y actualizar documentación de procesos, manuales y guías para el área.- Coordinar y apoyar en **control de cambios, parches y actualizaciones** del Sitio- Garantizar el **cumplimiento estricto de los SLA** comprometidos con el cliente- Gestionar el **levantamiento, seguimiento y resolución de casos con fabricantes**.**Lo que buscamos en ti**:- **Mínimo 2 años** de experiência en soporte a infraestructura **Enterprise, Wireless y VDC**.- **Conocimiento de Enterprise Networking**.- **Certificación CCNA** vigente.
