Sales Engineer/Manager Recruiting of L.K. MACHINERY MEXICO Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they achieve their individual and team sales goals. Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies. Analyze sales performance and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and sales efforts. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management. Continuously seek out new methods and technologies to improve sales processes and results. Job Requirements: Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Business or equivalent, with a results‑driven mindset and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the Die‑casting, Injection molding and CNC industries is preferred; experience with automotive/vehicle parts, 3C electronic products, or plastic manufacturing customer resources will be an advantage. Strong understanding of the Mexican manufacturing market dynamics and sales landscape, with great analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to lead and motivate a team while working independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
