Overview:The**Leasing Representative** supports our Leasing customers during the life of their contract by clarifying doubts, assisting them through processes like the end of term and annual payment (Tenencias) and complying with areas KPIs and objectives.This role requires a customer centered approach and integration with vendors and other departments to provide the best service, while implementing changes quickly.**Location**: Monterrey, N.L.**Responsibilities**:- Support the Leasing operation.- Provide support to Customers during the life of a Leasing contract.- Manage external vendors that provide service to GMF and our customers.- Support the end of term process to make it easy and quick for customers to purchase the vehicle.- Reporting for the Leasing department.Qualifications:- Customer service values / orientation.- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related fields (is a must)- Bilingual (Spanish & English) both written and verbal.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Analytical and problem solving ability - Use of data and reporting tools.- Working knowledge and experience in computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
