Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.About the role:**Leasing Intern** will be responsible to support both terminations and annual tax payment activities, specially by reviewing the operational documentation to develop reports and processes’ optimization.Leasing Operations department is responsible for managing our Leasing Portfolio and supporting our customers through their contract life cycle, making sure they have a great experience and come back to get a new Lease contract with GMF.What you need:- **Time Availability: 4-5 hours daily between 8am - 5pm.**:- ** To be 1 year (or more) away from graduation.**:- Student of Business Administration, Banking, Economy, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related fields.- Consultative, inf luencing, conf lict management and negotiation skills.- Strong interpersonal skills- Strong follow-up skills- Highly responsible and detail Oriented- Customer oriented approach- Intermediate Microsoft Office SkillWhat you will be doing:- Provide support to Customers during the life of a Leasing contract and Leasing Operation.- Validation of operational documentation and policies as a governance strategy.- Manage external vendors that provide service to GMF and our customers.- Support Quality Assurance process def inition and reviews. Review Business Process- Management System (BPMS) documents to ensure they are updated (Proactive recommendations towards the improvement of the process and documents is well appreciated).- Governance file to ensure recurrent reports are shared timely.What we offer:At GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
