Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Reporting to the CRM Senior Director, as CRM Analyst you will design and deliver CRM campaigns for our clients including delivery of our customer lifecycle planning products.- Your primary responsibilities will include:_- Collaborate with our creative team to design and create world class CRM campaigns.- Work with the analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure campaign success.- Analyse campaign and data results and reporting campaign performance, summarising important insights, and offering recommendations.**Qualifications**- 2+ years of experience in CRM with working knowledge of marketing automation solutions (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Bloomreach, Braze, and Microsoft Dynamics)- Experience in Marketing Automation and CRM campaign strategies and best practices- Knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and Appsflyer (desirable)- Experience in loyalty programs, specially in the retail sector- Desirable knowledge of Customer Journey development.- Experienced in data analysis and ability to interpret it.- Knowledge in content grids, Tags for digital communication tracking- Knowledge in Service titan (nice to have)- **English Upper intermediate****Additional Information**Join Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritise your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs.Savings fund: You'll save 5% of your monthly income and Jellyfish will contribute the same amount you save to your savings fund.Custom Work Environment: Work remotely for up to 60% of your days and shape your day between 8am. and 6:30pm with flexible working hours.Growth, Your Way: Accumulate one paid day each month (2 hours per week) for self-development and access to Jellyfish Learn.Health Insurance: We provide a private health insurance policy that includes visual and dental plan coverage.
