We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Business Control & Compliance to be in Mexico City.The Senior Business Control and Compliance leads J&J Surgical Vision policies, control KPIs, design processes and flows aiming to improve processes related to sales, marketing and professional education operations. Also, is a key professional on the connection with Healthcare Compliance (HCC), managing projects and process aiming to work in “Management Action Plans” (MAPs) as a Business Compliance. Additionally, the leader is part of the Compliance Committees of OLA and leads CPC OLA.**Responsibilities**:- Work close to OLA GM on managing projects and processes related to Business Compliance in a continuous improvement mindset. In this process work close to Healthcare Compliance (HCC), Legal Department, Finance, Pricing, Customer Services Commercial Excellence MedTech Mexico & Business Quality and manages relationship across Sales, Marketing and Professional Education.- Serves as an expert on the company’s policies, supporting the areas to design or re-design them.- Applies compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility provides documentation as necessary, and participates in compliance activities as required. Control and manages KPIs of J&J Surgical Vision.- Supervision Received/Provided: Functions very independently, receiving high-level and/or strategic guidance; able to self-direct, plan and execute initiatives (projects, programs, strategies).- Manages business partner expectations at a senior level, resolving conflicts between requirements and budgets.- Works independently in formulating innovative ideas and solutions on products, processes, and systems.- May manage vendors necessary to complete a project.**Qualifications**:Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economy, Engineering, etc) is required for this position. MBA is a plus- Strong experience in Business Compliance & Process Improvement in high complex environment- Experience in the Medical Devices industry is a plus- Good business and financial acumenExperience with processes management and auditing, contracts management, experience with sales compensation strategy and execution, compliance and legal base knowledge, experience with documentation and process validation.
