Come, join us on this journey****British American Tobacco** **Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Demand Forecasting Executive in Mexico**The primary role of t this position is to implement the Demand Forecasting Process for a portfolio of products as part of Sales and Operational Planning Process to ensure that company objectives are achieved. Work to deliver Global Demand Forecasting Transformation focusing on Forecast Accuracy Improvement to deliver NCL savings and Inventory reduction.**Your key responsibilities will include**:- Build tools/models to support monthly and annual demand forecasting, as well as ad-hoc requests.- Provide accurate and timely analysis of volume performance to facilitate demand forecasting.- Manage the forecasting process and improve the accuracy of the forecast.- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop a short- and medium-term demand plan.- Consolidate forecasts at product level from sales teams.- Develop and train technical and leadership skills of team leaders.- Identify opportunities for improvement in the demand planning process.- Supervise actual sales performance against forecast and manage corrective actions**What are we looking for?**- Over 3 years of experience in stakeholder management and project management in a large-scale organization.- Practical experience in data tools, demand planning software and forecasting models.- Bachelor of Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or MBA.- Good knowledge of the Supply Chain Management End-to-End and planning tools such as JDA, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Oracle.- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with different levels of the organization and ability to make decisions in changing environments by generating innovative solutions.- High discipline in data and documentation management and excellent leadership skills, motivation and coaching- Advanced English proficiency verbal and written.- Proficient in SQl and power BI.**What we offer you?**- **Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives**:- **Your journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
