Accountabilities Develop and execute regional marketing and brand strategies that drive awareness, demand, and market positioning. Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and multi‑channel demand generation efforts, focusing on high‑quality leads. Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms, including websites, social media, and external review sites. Collaborate with internal teams to create authoritative content such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and thought leadership materials. Requirements Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field. 6+ years of experience in strategic B2B marketing, preferably in tech or consulting environments. Advanced skills in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, lead scoring, and performance attribution. Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics, paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads), SEO strategy, and digital reputation platforms. Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and decision‑making abilities. Excellent storytelling and communication skills, particularly for C‑level and technical audiences. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross‑functional collaboration and high‑performing teams. Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
