This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.The Operations Specialist will be responsible of the operational process design and implementation, and a DSPs support in the initial phase of the project. This role will execute all the processes that can be requested during the lifecycle of the vehicle, from plates renewal to yearly registration renewals, telematics, fuel reporting and invoice support.The specialist will support the operations manager on the on boarding of new DSPs and will also execute the redeployment process.- Request DMV services on demand (lost plates, in pounds, etc.).In charge of loading registration expire date in Xcelerate and follow up on renewals and property tax payments.- Support and coordinate telematics devices installation and service tracking.- Request for fuel funding, and support with lost cards or guide the DSP in the Process.- Support in the Operations Manager on the new DSPs on boarding.- He/she will be in charge of the redeployment process:Client requestDSP coordination for vehicle inspectionFollow up on repairs before surrendering the unitRequest and follow up on transport to destination and give the required documentationRequest to the Sales Associate the legal documentationRequest for new plates and registrationCoordinate delivery to the new DSP- Support on design and implementation of clients operational processes.- Review operational process weekly results to make sure reporting is accurate- Work closely with the rest of the business to create client program awareness- Attend and solve all possible operational escalations from the customer.Qualifications:- Degree, preferable Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical o Automotive)- Desirable to have experience in project management and/or continuous improvement methodology- Experience in customer facing activities- Experience in fleet management related activities as maintenance services, follow up to requirements- Communication skills.- Advance english level- Project management.participation- Business process design and implementation- Reporting for decision making.- Negotiation skills with workshops and end customer.- Flexible,- Motivated, highly organized and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Work under pressure- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, pivot tables, database analysis).What’s in it for You- A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability- Comprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness- Additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)- Hybrid work environment for most positions- or call _- ._- Read more about our _- Culture_- ._- Learn about the _- Technology_- and _- Fleet Services_- we offer our clients._
