No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**The primary purpose of this role is to support the ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) Global People Solutions transformation agenda by enabling sustainable growth and driving competitive advantage in the Sales space through transformation, standardization, simplification, and digitalization initiatives.This role serves as a key member of the ICM Project Management Office, where operational excellence and flawless project execution are expected. This role provides structure, governance, and methodology to deliver high-impact initiatives while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. This role acts as a thought partner, aligning resources and connecting internal and external stakeholders to deliver business value.Currently, this role supports more than 10 countries and over 40,000 sales employees, and will continue to scale with upcoming rollouts.
